Hand guards

A broken clutch or brake lever is a bad thing when you are hundreds of miles from home or a paved road for that matter. The usual solution is to install hand guards. The added bonus is that they can keep some wind off your knuckles so they say warmer as you plow through the rain and sleet so you can make camp in the mud.

I went with Cycra Pro bends, mounted to the triple and screw in bar end plugs instead of the aluminum expandable inserts that rotate or get stuck.

The only issue I found is that the blinkers would hit the hand guards so I mounted them a little lower. I will probably get some tiny LED blinkers or mount these in another location to clean this up a bit.

When installed it looks much like everyone else's bike with Cycras but this one is mine!
